4 On-site workshops: 16 hours of direct training on the topics of nutrition, positive thinking, emotional health and physical activity.

NUTRITION IN YOUR FAVOR

Duration: 4 hours

At the end of the workshop each participant should:

  • Choose better food options
  • Review labels of different products
  • Identify toxic ingredients to be avoided
  • o Be a positive influence to family members and community on healthier eating habits

EMOTIONS IN YOUR FAVOR

Duration: 4 hours

At the end of the workshop each participant should:

  • Name and recognize their emotions
  • Be able to use negative emotions in order to build resilience and change them to positive ones
  • Prevent unpleasant consequences of negative emotions linked to adversity
  • Practice at least 10 different calming techniques and strategies

  • Be able to set goals and review them to achieve
  • Learn practical tips on how to learn optimism in everyday life

  • Identify priorities and core values in their lives
  • Make action plans for simple and daily activities and goals towards reaching wellness
